Common questions

Do I need a Lalamove Business account?

Yes. You need API access, which requires a Lalamove Business account. Apply at web.lalamove.com. Once approved, you'll receive an API Key and Secret to enter in the plugin settings.

Does it work with PIWebSolution / delivery date picker?

Yes — fully integrated. The plugin auto-detects the delivery date and time slot saved by PIWebSolution and uses them to schedule the Lalamove pickup. You can also override the time manually from the order page.

What happens if the Lalamove API is down or geocoding fails?

A fallback shipping fee you configure (e.g. RM 15) will be shown to customers. Orders still go through — you just dispatch manually from the Lalamove portal once the issue is resolved.

Which markets are supported?

The plugin supports MY, SG, TH, PH, HK, TW, VN, and ID markets. It has been tested in Malaysia (Johor Bahru) with the CAR and MPV service types.

Can I use it on multiple sites?

Single Site license covers 1 WordPress installation. Purchase the 3 Sites license if you need to cover multiple sites. You can deactivate from one site and activate on another at any time.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial, but you can test with Lalamove's sandbox API (no real orders placed, no wallet balance needed) before switching to production.

How do I get updates?

With an active license, plugin updates appear directly in your WordPress dashboard — just like any other plugin. With the Maintenance add-on, updates are prioritised when Lalamove or WooCommerce makes breaking changes.

I have a technical issue. What do I do?

Email Info@projectm.cc with your order details and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, MYT).

What payment methods do you accept?
